A New Year of Advocacy

We are preparing to begin a new year of advocacy as the budget cycle begins.  Please join us tomorrow Wednesday, 9/12 at 6:30 pm at the Curriculum Center at the Jefferson School to discuss our advocacy plans for this year.  Bring your ideas and energy as we build on the momentum of last year’s success.

Support MA Regional Schools

All or most of I Am Wachusett’s state-wide advocacy efforts will continue to be coordinated with Support MA Regional Schools. Please join the Facebook group at Support MA Regional Schools or visit the website at www.supportmaregionalschools.org.

Filling seats —  Upcoming meetings:

  • TONIGHT — 9/11 at the Holden Senior Center @6:30. The 5 towns will be meeting to discuss the WRSD budget situation and other matters.  This is an open, public meeting. Any citizens from Holden, Paxton, Princeton, Rutland, and Sterling are welcome to attend. The meeting will be taped,  but is not scheduled to be live-streamed at this point.
  • Monday 8/20 — SCHOOL COMMITTEE MEETING — WRHS Media Center @ 7pm.
